Dirpy, which is currently in beta, is an advanced Internet Digital Video Recorder (DVR) service that lets you record and convert your favorite freely available online media. Dirpy offers many useful features like real-time conversions, ID3 metadata tags, offsets, support for high quality formats (including HD), and much more.

Dirpy records and converts freely available online media to high quality mp3s in real-time. When a recording action is requested on Dirpy, Dirpy begins recording and converting the video in real-time, making the recording available for download to the user.

Dirpy and Dirpy Studio are both operating in Beta, so apsects of the site may be taken down for brief periods of time for updates and maintenance.
